Problem in handle and gears
Despite multiple times settings done by two different cycle professionals handle and gears are not worked properly. Received product with some scratches on main frame and seat is very uncomfortable. Seems design fault that's why this cycle is on discount. You should try some other model. I am planing to return this product as there is not on site support available from Hero or seller.
