Sun Proof
Like many farmers I have metal buildings. The screws with the exposed rubber washers last about five summers and the washers fail from the sun. These have a protective metal cover that keeps the washer out of the sun, and I will know of the durability in five or so years. But, they are well constructed, large enough diameter to fit and replace the old screws that leaked where needed, and are easy to use.

Roofing stays screwed with these puppies
Took out all the #9 rubber grommet screws on my roof and replaced them with these #14s. In one afternoon, I installed 500, and every one of them took a good bite, even when the old ones had been leaking a while. The cup (rather than a flat washer) over the rubber grommet compresses the rubber both around the screw and against the roof--terrific seal. You'll need 2 electric drills to do this efficiently, one with the old screw socket size, and one for the ZACs.

Five Stars
expensive buts works to stop leaks. Got my second order of 1500 today. There was a mix up of sending me SPRAY cans of ZEP cleaner in box that held screws originally so honest mistake on shipping side. Patrick Shea took care of problem. Thanks

Good product but didn't help.
Great, well built. Didn't stop my metal roof from leaking. I don't think it was the screws fault.

Worked out good replacing the #8 original screws

yep, this is what you need.
this is what you are looking for to not only seal (I also put np1) the roof but secure it. it cost more because the other types are not the quality that this is.
