The product you will receive is as described. I can assure you that.The USB is superfast and the product easily fits my Macbook pro. Super slim, and the colour exactly matches my lappy. HDMI just works wonders. A must have for every Macbook pro owner. Great value for money and much better than its competitors.

It’s a great product. It came as described and even works with he 2018 MacBook Air 13.The only Cons are that its a tad bit overpriced for what it is. It should be around 3500 or so, rather than 5500. The only other problem I faced was that it got hot. Not unbearably so but still quite hot.Other than that the build is great, all the ports work well, and I’d recommend it.. Good stuff overall..

its is pretty good but i feel its little over priced. Build quality is pretty good. One major problem i face is with the hdmi port, i use monitor most of the time and when i have to move my laptop away from work station i disconnect the adapter(with monitor connected) from mac and when i connect it back it doesnt identify the monitor. I have to disconnect the adapter, unplug the hdmi port from it, connect the adapter back again and then connect the hdmi cable to get it working.

It's been about 5 months since I purchased this product. I am already facing multiple issues with the connector (this is after taking diligent care of the product). Below are the problems that I am facing with it.1. A month after I purchased it, I tried reading a faster (camera) memory card. It did read it but corrupted the video files in the card.2. The HDMI port hasn't been working.3. It doesn't read my hard-drive.This product has been a waste of money and I would strongly advise against buying this product.

The return window of the product is only about a week post its delivery. Within 15 days of using it, it had become loose and defective. My hard disks that were connected to it would constantly eject by itself, and the charging port only works when the wire is in a certain position, and the product excessively heats up. I am extremely unsatisfied with this product.

The team at Bitloop focusses on Customer service satisfaction. I bought this product 7 months before and few days before one of the ports started non working that is sometimes it works sometimes not - Immediately I asked the support team to replace the device and they did so in less than 3 days. Also arranged for a home pickup for the old device.

Easy and very nice product. Built quality Good. Used in my macbook pro 13th inch with 2 Type C port side by side.

It works but with heating issues. It becomes so hot that you can't touch.
