I love his written work and started out with:1) Coconut Cures2) Oil Pulling TherapySo now this one and about 163 out the 282 pages complete. I’ve been incorporating organic unrefined coconut oil for 14 years since I was 38 yo and will continue until I expire.

I bought this book desperately looking for any natural way to help me with me vision deterioration. I wasn't sure if the book would be to sciency or if it would have information that would benefit me. This book has absolutely blown me away with incredible insight and knowledge that goes well beyond eye health. It's easy to follow, fascinating, and even though everything related back to eye health, thinking of it as only an eye health book really undervalues this book. Overall I recommend this book to everyone regardless of your current eye health, this is one of the best health books ever written. 5 stars easy.
