Renewed? I think not !
I refuse to believe that the remote I received is renewed. It looks absolutely and utterly untouched by human hands. Absolutely bargain price.This is our second 350, the previous one developed a fault with the "OK" button after 4 years of constant usage. Copying over the settings was super easy with the Harmony Desktop app. We had the fancier all bells and whistles remotes but they were rather annoying to use. The 350 is perfect, simple and effective.

Looks like new
Worked straight out of the box, I wouldn't know it had been reconditioned. Very easy to set up with Logitech MyHarmony - I could just copy my old Harmony 300 settings straight across and it helps you to set up some of the new features too.

Good product
Dropped and broke a remote for a Kogan TV. Manufacturer suggested this remote. Arrived promptly - easy to use guide to program via a computer and it works a treat. Would not know this wasn't a new product. Excellent - highly recommended

Good as new
Great product. Works fine and came with everything I needed to get going. Easy to set up and configure to my liking. Very glad I got this rather than a new one as the unit was basically brand new.

Waste of money if not popular brand s are used
It can recognize most known devices but t cannot learn those they have never heard of (i mean Logitech). If the device is not on the official list it may happen that it won't be supported.I have a satelite box manufactured by ZGemma, it is not supported and the remote cannot learn its features, not even turn on/off

Not as advertised
What I was sent was not one of these, so I sent it back. My old Harmony 700 has become unresponsive on quite a few buttons, thus I wanted to replace it but not with a new one. I no longer trust Logitech to produce a robust controller, so wasn't going to pay over £100 for one of their newer models. A brilliant idea, let down by poor quality.

Easy set up
Very easy to set up and use. But had no box. Let's see if lasts.
