Bump Water Lemonade Sparkle (12pk)

I love it! I have only tried the Pomegranate Mixed Berry Lite, but I really enjoy it. It does have a bit of a "diet" flavor, but that's because it's sweetened with Stevia. If you like Vitamin Water you will likely enjoy this, as they taste very similar. I drink it in addition to my prenatal vitamins a few days a week right now since I am pregnant, but will continue drinking it post-partum while I am breast feeding. I think it's a great concept, and I'm looking forward to trying other flavors!

I bought this for my neice since she was getting sick from taking the prenatal pills and she said that she loves it. The only complaints that I have are that its a little expensive for the amount that you get and one of her bottles was leaking out into the box when she received it.

Zero stars. This sweet drink cannot take the place of prenatal vitamins. As a dietitian working with this population, I checked nutrition label and it provides no iron, which many pregnant women have a deficiency of. Do not take this without making sure you are not anemic. Also, it is missing many trace nutrients, so a healthy diet becomes all the more important if you take this instead of prenatal vitamins. There are also dental concerns with this drink.

I was lucky enough to get a sample of this in the mail and it is amazing!! The thought of taking those huge pre-natal vitamins multiple times a day made me gag just to think of it. This is an awesome way to enjoy my vitamins and ensure my baby gets what he/she needs!

I had a chance to try this with my darling glowingly beautiful wife recently--it's amazing! Gentlemen, buy a few cases of this for your pregnant wife and you will score some major points when she doesn't have to take the folic acid horse pills.

Tastes great and good for the baby bump! Easy way to get your vitamins. My wife loves the LITE version as well.
