Great product
Purchased this in July of 2018, this is now March of 2025. This thing worked excellently this whole time, until I thrashed it (yes my fault). It still works despite the fact that I backed this thing up and jack-knifed it. I would highly recommend this for yard work especially leaves (I do mow the leaves down to compact them first and this thing gets the bulk of them up. Also works well on grass clippings.

Missing hardware
Product itself was good but my box was missing hardware (nuts, bolts…). I called customer support and they wanted me to list every nut and bolt that was missing (all of them was not an acceptable answer). Customer support was rude so instead of dealing with them i went to lowes and just purchased what i needed. I was originally going to return this product and go with different brand but wanted this done asap since leaves are falling in my area. I ended up keeping this product since there was a website where part numbers are easy to look up and order if needed ( much of this product seems like it could rip if contacted with a sharp object such as tree branch). It probably deserves two stars for missing hardware and them either not believing i had missing parts or just not wanting to be helpful on the phone. It does do a pretty good job of picking up leaves and grass clippings.

Impressed
First I was reluctant to purchase. Thinking it was going to be a very low review. But, once I got it. Used it, and begged several bushels. I am impressed. Got 3 acres cleaned and the unit looks brand new. Working great on the farm.

Very poor quality
I generally don't write poor reviews, however, based on this product I need to warn others. I received this item to add to my lawn and landscape business. The problem started with the instructions. No instructions printed, just diagrams and poor one's at that. Difficult to identify what and where the nuts and bolts went and no narrative to help. The diagrams attempted 3D diagrams to little help. The box had a couple of key pins and bolts missing, but I was able to go ahead with my own from pieces I had on hand. I could not figure out why the "hopper" kept hitting the wheels when pushed forward. After 4 calls and 3 calls received from tech support it was determined a support bar needed to be slid into a pocket across the bottom of the hopper. This remedy fixed the problem but looking at the instructions it was nowhere to be found. Next, getting the fabric hopper attached to the rest of the sweeper. Clearances' were so tight I needed to ask assistance from a neighbor to get the fabric of the hopper onto the aluminum frame. The next step was unbelievable so I checked and checked and it was found to be a need. The instructions directed that a hole be cut into the fabric on the lower side of each end. The hole was to be about 1/4 to 1/2 inches into the edge of the fabric. A pin with slip went through the hole and was held in place by the cotter pin. The area where the hole was terribly thin and the nearby edge was not re in forced so I am sure it would unravel in no time, that and there was such a tight stress, it was immanent for both sides. After piecing this sweeper together it felt very flimsy but I went with it.I arrived at the site and performed my de thatching. After approximately 20 minutes of sweeping, the inevitable happened. Not at the sites I earlier predicted, but at the border where the hopper seam held the channel of the aluminum frame began to unravel. That was it for me. Now I have been at retailer's such as Sears and Ace Hardware and Agri Fab is the predominant brand of this kind of tool. But I say the hopper was made of very cheap material (very similar to a cheap tarp which would disintegrate if left in the sun). The one star I gave this item was for the courtesy of the tech support person "Mike". He was patient, polite and professional. No go for my money. I will pay double for a good quality machine, however I have no lawn sweeper at this time.

Watch the agri-fab video on how to assemble on youtube, it really helps.
I finally got a lawn sweeper after 2 years of looking at reviews and now that I have used it a few times I am glad I got this one. I got it mainly to clean up under my magnolia tree and it sweeps up the fruits that are like pine cones and the big leave very well. it even swept up the ones that I have been mowing over for 2 years.I pull it behind a cub cadet zt1-50.My only real gripe is the hitch connector. it has a hi and low attachment point that you are meant to connect in between and comes with 2 spacers to hold it either hi, in the middle or low, but the problem is when you want to put it off or on you have to hold the 2 spacers in line while trying to get the pin in and on my mower you cant see the pin at that height unless your on your knees so its a pain in the butt. probably going to toss the spacers once I find something that is one piece to replace them.oh, I also learned you have to pull it at a slow to medium speed because the drive gear of the sweeper that is attached to the wheel is plastic so if you go to fast or have it set too low (like its actually sweeping the ground) you WILL wear it down. the gear will strip, and it will stop working.I want to pull my sweeper like I am at a race so I intend to either find a metal replacement gear to buy or make one and also add traction screws to the drive wheel so it doesn't slip when I go to fast or when turning. Mind you it doesn't "need" these things particularly, I just want it to be over powered because...why not?
