Served my purpose.
I bought it for the post surgery relaxation in office, and very happy to share with you that it served the purpose. Agree with some reviewers that it compresses a bit after 1 month use. But in my case I am ok with that as it does not become completely flat. And we cannot expect miracles at such a reasonable price. Good match of product and price. It is more comfortable than the round one.The velvety cover is also a good one. Easy to dust.

Best for cocoxydinia
I have cocoxydinia and I can't sit on any hard or flat surface. I have to use this cushion. This is much better than the ring or donut shape cushion. I have tried other company cushion also but I found this is the best. Thickness is perfect comfortable to sit on.

Initially felt good, but it doesn't offer sufficient back support
It's not worth the deal. Initially felt good, but it doesn't offer sufficient back support, and is not firm enough for prolonged usage. Lately, removed the cover for washing and found the sponge inside very worn out and full of stains, definitely not a new one, either recycled or used, and now I am worried of the hygienity of the product . A brand like Amazon should thoroughly check the goods and the dealers genuinity before endorsing it on their portal. This is the second disappointment for me.

Not a good option for piles problem.
I bought this for piles problem, but this is ineffective. This pillow is slanted front side which makes it very difficult to sit, its slippery. Also it is quite thin.The hole also should be a bit back side.
