Great tasting cereal! Has a nice crunch and flavor. I like knowing that it is gluten free. Best part is the Tumeric. It is just right- not overwhelming. It really does make golden milk when you let it sit in the bowl for a a little while. The cereal flakes hold up in the milk ( I use oat milk). There is also just the right amount of dehydrated unsweetened coconut flakes. It’s my new fave cereal!

I love this cereal, obviously since I just bought a case. It is delicious, made of quality ingredients, and is great with milk or dry as a snack. If you eat it with any type of milk, you can then drink the "golden milk" afterward. Our local health food store seemed to stop carrying it and I was so relieved to find it here. Since then, they've restocked it, so I will probably not buy by the case anymore, but this was shipped very well, and arrived in fresh, delicious, great condition.

I absolutely love this cereal. I usually get it from Whole Foods and was hoping Amazon offered a deal for subscription and they do. It’s cheaper than buying the subscription from Nature’s Path directly. The cereal has the perfect delicate sweetness and the turmeric and coconut is bliss. The milk afterwards is just as yummy.

The Tumeric and the grain is tasty to me, but I cannot guarantee such a subjective interpretation is to be had by all. Certainly it is nutritious and Tumeric is a healthy ingredient which is quite novel for many cereal mixtures. For children, milk can be given a gold color which may make the admixture that much easier for the ingestion on its offering.

I think this is one of the better tasting cereals in Nature's Path line up. The taste is a curious combination of sweet and sharp; a flavor that your taste buds will remember long after the meal. Plus, if you like your cereal to be crunchy and not soggy, try this one out. Yes, the flakes bathing at the bottom of the bowl in milk for 5 minutes will start to soften, but the rest are amazingly crunchy. I've missed whole news stories on TV because I can't hear over the crunching. My wife and I had moved away from eating cereals in the more recent past because we wanted to reduce our intake of sugar and useless calories. Oatmeal and other breakfast options just had more of the right nutrients. Well, check out both the nutrients and ingredients for this cereal; much better stats than we've seen before from any of the major manufacturers, even from Nature's Path. And, at 160 calories for a full cup of flakes, it's the one cereal that will not leave you feeling hungry due to a ridiculously small portion size.

Look everyone has their opinion but lemme tell you I love this cereal. Pros - low added sugar. Something like 7g - lots of coconut flakes - delicious mix of cracked pepper, turmeric, and cinnamon Cons - more expensive than other cereals/organic - can only find consistently on Amazon. Hard to eat the cereal for every meal if I have to order it all the time. I don't buy into the whole "non GMO"/organic being better for you or at least my wallet. That said I tried out this cereal when it was at Costco and couldn't believe such a low sugar cereal could taste so good. Organic or not I know I could use less sugar and carbs in my diet and this works for me. Maybe a little too well since I like to eat it all the time milk or no milk.
