Blanched Almond Flour, 64 Ounce

This is high quality almond flour at about the best price you will find!!! Perfect for low carb baking and low carb waffles. Usually combine with a little coconut flour to help with consistency in most recipes. Can also eat as a hot cereal.

We use this almond flour as a substitute for flour in cookies and works really well.

Inexpensive and works just fine. I use The Loopy Whisk GF recipes.

The consistency is great, not too coarse. It has worked great in all the recipes I’ve tried and has a nice taste!

But the texture is not as fine ground as others I've bought before. Depending on what you're baking, texture may be an issue. Not a bad product, costs less than what I normally buy, so the trade-off between price and texture is fine for me. If I were baking something to take somewhere, gifting or selling though, I would go back to what I'm used to to get a better finished product.

I use it for recipes for my son. It's easy to use, tastes good, low carb, but if you're concerned about it lasting a long time, put it in your freezer like I do.

The flour is easy to bake with. Smooth with light nut taste. Purchased when it was on sale to try. Bought again the second time on sale.

This nut flour is super-easy to cook with. We use it for muffins and savory dishes, alike, and we have purchased it in this size many times over. We've never had a problem with freshness, and the taste and color are consistent.

The flour became rancid and is no longer safe to consume.

I don't have anything to dislike. Good flavour, great price!

The used by date says it's best before September 2020, but I when I bake anything using this almond flour, it tastes stale. I've seen some other comments that mention the odd taste. Very disappointed. I have a huge bag of stale almond flour now - I can't even return it!
