Very happy with this food processor
I love this food processor. I’m glad I got the 10 cup capacity because any smaller would have been too small for my needs. It’s dishwasher safe on the top rack and everything is easy to rinse. It seems durable and the suction cups on the bottom make it sturdy without sticking so much you can’t move it when you want to. The parts store nicely inside which makes it compact for storage. It’s super simple to use and chops like a champ. I put whole veggies in and chop them to the size I need. I’ve chopped up a deboned chicken to make quick chicken salad. The possibilities are endless it’s so versatile. What used to take a lot of time now takes just a couple minutes. It’s a great value and I recommend getting one.

All cooks need this food processor
I love this food processor. All cooks NEED a food processor and my ol' reliable 30 yr old one from Regal (I believe they are out of biz) just wont lock properly anymore and I needed a replacement. I trust the Hamilton Beach brand- they have the best drip coffee machine- so I decided to try this out. I whizzed a large bunch of parsley super fine and was really impressed with the motor power and the scaper feature! That scaper is a life changer!

Great food processor!
I really like the food processor by Hamilton Beach. It is very easy to use, very similair to my very old Oscar food processor. I've shredded several blocks of cheese, groynd up a 1/2lb of ch8cken in seconds, and shredded carrots into the perfect suze for coleslaw. All operations we quick, easy done in seconds! The cleanup was quick and easy also.

good enough
very easy to clean and easy to use not in love with the rotary selector or speed control all you need is a paddle style switch that can lock on for continuous the knob just makes cleaning a bit more difficult (than it needs to be) and it's fussy to operate if you're multi-tasking the bowl scraper is an interesting touch, but as it works by plastic gears that is a durability Q as is whether or not it can scratch the bowl. i'm going to try it out after i make some hummus

After nearly three years —
I can honestly say that this is the best food processor I’ve ever had. You’ve got to understand: I’m a kitchen appliance snob. I’ve spent the big bucks on the big named food processors, and I can still say that this is the best! Who’da thought that it’d be Hamilton Beach for the win? I’m on a special diet and I can’t eat regular food so I cook a lot, and this baby is a workhorse. It washes up easy, stores like a charm, and never disappoints. By it.

YES!
My husband is addicted to hummus... I am too! We bought at least 2 buckets of it each week from Costco... and then I figured out I should just make it myself, right? Chickpeas, fresh lemons, garlic, tahini, salt, cumin, paprika, and the juice from the kalamata olive jar. What could go wrong? Well, it was a lot of work, in a small space, and I burnt out my blender... so I had to figure out something else... and I saw this, and read the reviews are well... HUMMUS!!! Today is the first day I've used it and it's already paid for itself, in my opinion! I just put all the ingredients in the big area, put on the lid, and hit GO! And now we have the best hummus I've ever made with a fraction of the mess and hassle... giviing me the extra time to write this long, glowing review! Earlier, I made watermelon and cucumber water (my other more recent addiction). Well, it leaked out the top, so it did require some wiping up... but a fraction of the wiping up, a fraction of the mess and time, it took me to make it with the blender! The suction cups on the bottom are awesome. It's so easy to clean. And it's lighter and not as noisy as my old deseased (RIP 😿) blender. I am thrilled. !!! The only cons are that it leaks when I make watermelon water, apparently, ... and, on first use, it did have a mild plasticy smell even though I had rinsed it. Oh well. Nobody's perfect. But this gadget certainly comes close to perfection. We'll see how long it lasts...but, meanwhile, I absolutely love and recommend it!! Especially for hummus!! And the scrapy deal seems to work great, too. Easy to clean!! Fast!! Works great!! UPDATE: After not using this for a week or two, I grabbed it to make more delicious hummus...but the KNOB was STUCK!!! I read this had been a problem for others, too, and the recommendation was to force it... which I did... WD-40 is the trick!

Does the job! Impressive dicing.
I am poor cook and have never had a food processor before, but this was easy to use. I used it for the first time yseterday (12/25/22) to make stuffing/dressing: SLICING: Celery: trimmed 3 small stalks to about 8-10” long; made a vertical cut for each. Fed all 3 together in the food chute. As hoped, this produced very nicely diced celery. Carrots: scraped & trimmed 3 medium carrots, also ~8”. Planned to cut each carrot vertically, but forgot. Fed all 3 together in the food chute. This produced coins about 1/4” thick. The slicer worked incredibly quickly, and drew these long veggies in so I didn't need the shute food pusher. CHOPPING: switched from the slicer blade to the chopper S-blade. (Didn't bother with the food scrapper.) Left the celery and carrots in the bowl. Cut 2/3 onion and ½ cored apple into ~1” square chunks and dumped them into the bowl. Gave 2-3 quick pulses to the food and Wow! Everything was diced together into small bits (a little less than 1/4” each, I think.) The carrot coins were diced just like everything else. I intentionally diced my ½ cup of walnuts by hand. (Next time, I might throw the nuts in with the food chunks.) I intentionally diced my ½ cup of prunes by hand—these are sticky and might be hard to clean out. Later, after making the dressing and cleaning the processor: PUREEING (using the S-blade): Cut 24 oz of peeled, just-baked butternut squash, into roughly 1” chunks and put them into the bowl. This filled the bowl to about 3/4” below the max fill line for S-blading. (They were still warm, but not hot.) Again took only about 3 pulses to puree the whole thing. Nice consistency. I used the food scraper attachment (between pulses?) this time, and I think it helped a bit. VERDICT: Does the job! Impressed with the dicing. Downside: not hard to wash the various parts, but it does take time (and space on my drainer). So, for small cutting, chopping jobs, quicker overall to just cut by hand. However, for a larger batch of something, especially if it requires a lot of slicing, chopping, or pureeing, the processor is probably worth it. I think it might be ideal for making up a large batch of soup. Can hold 10 cups—that's 5 servings of soup.

A fast, reliable everyday food processor with great attachments — minor shredding quirk
I’ve been using this Hamilton Beach food processor regularly for almost three months, and it has become one of the most dependable tools in my kitchen. The attachment set is genuinely useful — the slicing, chopping, and shredding options cover every cut I need for daily cooking, and switching between them is quick and intuitive. For a mid‑priced appliance, the speed is impressive; it handles vegetables, cheese, and meal prep batches without slowing down or overheating. The overall build feels solid, and after months of frequent use, the motor and blades still perform like new. One small issue I’ve noticed is with the shredding disc. When I shred vegetables with softer skins, like zucchini, the inside shreds cleanly but the skin doesn’t always go through the disc. I often end up with thin strips of skin that didn’t fully shred. It’s not a major flaw, but it’s something to be aware of if you shred a lot of softer produce. Aside from that, this processor has been fast, reliable, and extremely convenient. For everyday cooking, meal prep, and general kitchen use, it offers excellent value and a strong set of attachments that make it easy to replace multiple tools with one appliance.

Poor Poor Poor Product. My 2 cents don't waste your money or time on this. Not built for India, perhaps or poor products sent to
Here is the lowdown, the blender worked perfectly for three weeks without any issues. Although each time i went for a bowl of hummus or guacamole i would smell the burning of wires. I was told this is common off Hamilton products! After three weeks the kitchen reeked of burnt and suddenly just stopped working. I contacted the seller who said that less than 6 months and the product is out of warranty. So i took the piece to a local electrician who said the wires burned off. After repairing it, again the kitchen started reeking and the piece went silent on me. I took it again to the electrician who said another part went bad and handed it back too me. I spun it 1 more time and boom it went silent on me.
