I like this mat very much for using with Pilates exercises; one reason is because it is thick and therefore comfortable especially when doing exercises where you are lying on your side. (It arrived very promptly too.)

I've been using this mat for about 2 months and it's perfect. The thickness is just right to provide the cushioning effect without being bulky. It's a bit longer than my previous mat and I like that - would suit taller people. The material is comfortable and feels soft without being 'spongy'. A great mat at a bargain price.

This is truly an exercise mat, and probably is perfect for Pilates. It’s super thick and soft, if you have delicate spine or knees/ wrists this is a good solution to a hard floor. For me, I was looking for my first yoga mat and I have carpet so it’s very comfy for floor work but I did that it moves too much underneath me to be good a good enough foundation for my poses. I’m 5’11/ 180cm and 75kg so maybe if you’re smaller or lighter it won’t stretch underneath you and move around so much. Perhaps better if you aren’t also using it on a carpeted floor. This is however, a really nice quality product and lightweight.

It's cheap but the pilates are flexible! While I do the downdog, it can not stay still. The Pilates extended!! It is quite hard to continue my yoga! However, it's soft and not suitable for some yoga positions, but it's probably good for a cushion.

Perfect mat pilates/yoga. Goid thickness of mat. Easy to carry elasticated handle to wrap around mat once rolled up.
