Seller is absolutely fantastic and looks after customers 💯
The mug itself is lovely, seems sturdy, well made and looks really nice. The mug comes in a plain white box which in the previous listing it did show an official PlayStation box with the presentation in the images and in description however this was an error in the listing which Amazon is going to amend.The seller kindly gave me a refund due to this, which they didn't have to do as I did want the box due to it being a gift for someone, I wanted them to see it's an official PlayStation item as well as of course the presentation but the mug is really nice and well made.I've amended the review to five stars because the seller is fantastic and looks after people completely, which is very much appreciated.Some reviews here giving the mug lower stars because it's arrived broken is a little unfair to the seller as the item is well made and this is no doubt a delivery problem where it's been broke in the post.It's a fantastic item and makes a great gift but do know it comes in a plain white box if anyone else is wanting to give it as a gift 😊I hope this helps 😊

Holds a lot, finish can be fragile
Got one as a gift, it had an unfortunate meeting with the floor so bought a replacement from here as I liked the novelty and how much tea it holds! I think it can be luck of the draw with the quality. My first one kept its finish well and seemed pretty resilient. The replacement one from here has a few chips in the finish around the rim despite only ever carefully hand-washing it. The print also isn't quite as good as the first but by no means awful.I'd recommend it.

Handle falls off
The handle has fallen off a few times. The first resulted in the junior owner holding the handle with no mug, with the mug smashed on the road underneath. The replacement has lost the handle twice, which superglue has fixed. This is the last time.
