What filter would i use for a toto washlet ms970cemfg#01?

I think the user manual provides the part number. That is how I found mine

Will this for a toto neorest 500?

Do not know, Toto shows a different part number for this toilet air filter,

I don't see amazon as the seller, i see all third parties. i want to get a genuine oem part. can someone tell me where you are sourcing yours from?

Hello, The THU9476 is the genuine TOTO part. You can view authorized retailers on the Where to Buy page on the TOTO USA website. Some of these authorized sellers are also Amazon sellers. I hope this is helpful and thank you for choosing TOTO!

How does the lovered catalyst cover come off on the s350e? there's a little tab but not sure how to get it open. dont want to break it. no screw

Mine has a little latch thing on the right side when you're looking down at it, release the catch and the cover sorta hinges off to the left (there's no actual hinge), then pull out the catalyst thing straight out, I had to use a pair of needle nose pliers because I couldn't grab it but it's pretty easy to do.
