Sonny Stein is an ex-soldier with a telepathic link to sharks. A shady scientist wants to experiment on the local sharks, and a greedy strip club owner wants to use the sharks in a new sensational stripping act. When everyone betrays him, Sonny sets the sharks on a murderous rampage from which no one is safe.
