I bought these thinking they would give me some energy. My doctor told me to stop taking them that they don’t do any good. “you’re just taking them for nothing” “they don’t do anything.” I love the way they taste. I really liked this. HOWEVER, my face was breaking out and I couldn't figure what it was. Well I stop this for 2 weeks and it cleared up. I was only taking one per day. Raised my levels from 234 to 490!! I did take it everyday for 2 mos straight before I stopped. I might try twice a week and see what happens. I want to stay on this one!

I have to take numerous supplements. Gummies make the B12 easier to swallow and use fewer pills.

I believe it is a good value for the money also I find it to be a very good quality product I've been using these products for quite some time now The taste is really good in my opinion and I believe that since I've started using them my energy levels are better than they were in the past because I do take some medications that make me tired and this helps to prevent some of that not totally alleviating all that but it does help
