これ塗らないと、外出て汗かくと不安になるくらい心強いです！ ただ、体を洗う時もなかなか落ちないです。インナーに白い跡が残るのと、そのまま洗濯してもなかなか落ちないので、-1☆って感じです。そこがなければ最高。
