Although I haven't tried it yet for losing weight I plan to try the product which is edible and so pure to treat my aging skin.

Best Seeds, farm fresh. Highly recommended. I have been using pumpkin seeds sold by Sorich Organics as extra add on with cereals every single day. This time I purchased all four type of seeds (Pumpkin, Sunflower, Chia and Flax Seeds) and mixed together and then taking it with Muesli every morning. I find that I have the tastiest and healthiest breakfast every single day. You can add your regular fruits also with these seeds in Muesli. These seeds are healthy as given and are of good quality, totally fresh and without any odor or chemical preservatives. There is no need to wash them before use and I have been consuming it directly from my jar where I have mixed all seeds together. Also, if you wish you could experiment with the seeds by adding while making healthy diet snacks but I have not tried. This is my repeat purchase and this time I ordered all four types of seeds separately from same seller (Sorich) in 200 gms pack each as they did not have such combination in 200 gms each quantity. I think anyone who is health conscious would know the benefits of eating these seeds. The seeds come in a special type of hard strong paper bag which is zip lock type , so you can store the seeds for later use as well. And yes, the bag is airtight too. I will purchase it again and again from Sorich in future. Highly recommended.

It is first time purchased , It's colour is yellow and clear , but some are dark yellow and when soaked the dirt particles are seen floating in top , which I remove them when seen floating in water I have to buy another brand to compare it with , whether the colour is yellowish or white and without particles floating on it

Too good. Small quantity makes big bowl. Packing was good. Fresh smell. Worth for this price. Takes 2hrs to soak and eat. On time delivery. Very good for summer.
