You probably need to “descale”. Mineral deposits from water build up and stop flow. Buy the de scaling liquid, run it through, problem solved.

The Nespresso machine using disk pod are professional grade (commercial). I don't think you will find this on any store. Those machine are not cheap. The best way will be to contact Nespresso directly.

Also, is there a difference between buying the machine here and at the Nespresso store?

On Amazon you can find older generation new machines, often with attractive discounts. When ordering coffee, the Nespresso website has the best pricing. On Amazon, you can find off brand coffee for less cost, but you have to decide if the off brand is suitable to your taste.
