I’ve owned this case for a few months now and can say that I really like it. The case is thin enough to feel like you’re holding just the phone and has great drop protection. The corners are slightly larger than the rest to the case with extra protection against drops. Between this case and a Zagg screen protector my iPhone has been well protected

Bought for an iPhone 17 Pro Max. Very solid case... Large lip on front to allow for laying the phone down on the face, and not having it rub the screen on whatever you lay it on... Case is solid, not slick, with small branding on back. Allows the bare phone to show through on the camera plateau, but has a large raised lip to protect the lens, and plateau. Easy to handle, fits the hand well. I am very happy with this case. Reviews on Youtube indicate it is one of the best cases for drop protection. Hopefully I won't get to test this... The case is very grippy, I don't feel like it will slip unless I am not paying attention. Openings for speakers, and power port at bottom. All four corners appear to be reinforced. Shipped as prime and arrived packed well and quickly. Why pay top dollar for a phone then buy a cheap case for it? I am very happy with this case.

This turned out to be a case I got used to and it's great. It's not too bulky, provides excellent protection, the real leather is good looking and the MagSafe works perfectly as does all of the buttons, including the camera button. A bit pricey, but worth it for an expensive iPhone 17 Pro.

I didn’t know my iPhone 16 Pro needed a bodyguard, but then the Mous Limitless 6.0 showed up, and now my phone’s basically the John Wick of cases. The black leather? Classy. The MagSafe compatibility? Magical. The durability? I dropped it from my desk, and the case just laughed. I half expected it to scold me for being careless. The leather feels so premium I almost started feeding it leather conditioner. And the grip? It’s like the case whispers, “Don’t worry, I’ve got this,” every time I carry my phone over concrete. The MagSafe works flawlessly, too—my charger snaps on like it's been practicing for this moment its entire life. My only regret? This case is so rugged, my phone now refuses to wear anything else. If you’re looking for a case that’s stylish, functional, and tougher than your last gym session, the Mous Limitless 6.0 is the one. You might even catch your other gadgets feeling jealous. 😂

Leather is weird.

Excited to buy this case primarily for special Camera functions button, however, that button did NOT work at all for me as advertised and claimed. Could find nothing on their website to help with this issue, and could not find a direct phone line to call support. Not happy that the only way to contact them was by filling out a message form on their site where it stated a reply might take as long as 2 days!! The case itself was extremely slim and nice, lightweight, very comfortable and secure "grippiness". Easy to put my iPhone 17 Pro Max into. Really wish this had worked for me. Returning it today.

Probably a great iPhone case for the Pro Max 17. I use the IA on there when I order the check everything out including the reviews. The IA Rufus told me that this covered part of the back of the phone meaning around the camera and the area around the flashlight. So only a small part of my silver phone is showing from my black case. But it was not made that way . Up in the upper part of the back of the phone it was not enclosed like it said on the AI. So nothing else wrong with the phone case but I sent it back anyway it was too expensive to not be what I wanted.

I bought the Mous Limitless case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and unfortunately it failed within about a week of normal use. The volume up button on the case does not release properly and sometimes stays pressed. There is no audible or tactile “click” like the other buttons, and at times the phone itself doesn’t register that the button has been released. This is clearly a defect with the case, not the phone. The most frustrating part is the customer service. I contacted Mous, didn't hear back for months. Then reached back out and provided a clear video showing the button stuck and not releasing. Despite this, getting any meaningful help has been extremely difficult. All I am asking for is a replacement for a clearly broken case, yet dealing with their support has been slow and unhelpful. For a premium-priced case, I expected much better build quality and far better support. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this case or the company.

Mous recently admitted that they rushed to release this case to capitalize on the market. However, after receiving numerous negative reviews for the big cutout, they have rectified the issue and released a new case that fully covers the camera button. Customers who purchased the faulty case can contact Mous, and they may have alternative or exchange programs available. However, there’s a catch: even if you buy the case from Amazon, which is sold through the Mous store, they won’t be able to assist you because you didn’t purchase directly from Mous. This is a clear example of double standards and poor customer service.

Disappointed with the durability of this case. I’ve always had Otterbox cases for my iPhones and they’ve never let me down. I used to work on the Railway in Outback Australia, and my Otterbox case lasted a solid 2 years, subjecting it to drops on ballast and heat exposure way above its rating. It never once failed. It was my mistake for moving to another brand, I saw numerous marketing advertisements showcasing the Mous ability to protect your phone. So I went ahead and gave it a go. At the time it cost me around £70 and it was newly released. I was surprised there wasn’t any protection over the camera button (iPhone 16), and it felt… just like any other mid market slimline case. Anyhow, I put it on my phone and would see how it got on. I now work in construction, so there’s always something on my hands, dirt, grit, oil, mud etc. and the odd slip of the hand and drop your phone from pocket height dramas. 6 months down the line, there’s paint chips on my phone behind where the case sits, scratches to my camera lens - where the case doesn’t raise the phone adequately enough off the surface it’s sitting on, and the ‘faux’ leather backing is peeling something rotten. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend these over marketed cases that are way overpriced. Buy an Otterbox, they’re solid.

The case is generally good at protecting the phone but quality control can be hit or miss. After 5 months of use mine started to come apart at the seams. However when I make a warranty claims Mous came back to me the same day to ship a replacement.
