Wrong Sofa
I received a brown sofa when I ordered a black one I couldn’t return because the box was all damaged but it literally said BROWN in big bold letters the sofa is nice but I don’t want it if it was black I’d give this 5 stars it’ll be perfect but nope

A couch for very short people about 4’ tall
This couch is a good price however I don’t recommend it, it’s super hard and unless you’re 4 feet tall it’s not the couch for you. I’ve even laid soft thick blankets down to lay on it, my back killed me and very uncomfortable

Ordered a left chaise lounge, received a right
I love the quality of the couch, but I ordered a left hand side chaise lounge. I’m disappointed I was sent a right hand side chaise lounge. It’s not what I pictured for my space.
