User friendly little camera for beginner vlogger
I’m new to vlogging and didn’t want to start with anything too complicated or bulky. I came across the Xtra Muse Vlogging Camera and honestly, it’s been amazing so far! It’s small enough to fit in my pocket, but the video quality doesn’t compromise. The user manual is a one pager, but once you start to use it. It is easy to maneuver. It has different features to choose from. The 4K/120fps makes everything look smooth and clear, even when I’m walking around or moving the camera a lot. The built-in gimbal stabilizer is a lifesaver. I don’t get that shaky footage anymore, which used to ruin my videos. It also has face and object tracking, so it keeps me in focus even if I move around – which I do a lot! It was super easy to set up too. I literally took it out of the box and started recording within minutes. The touchscreen is simple to use, and the camera focuses really fast, which is great because I don’t really know what I’m doing yet. If you’re just starting out like me and want something easy but still high quality, I totally recommend this camera. It makes vlogging a lot convenient. It makes my videos look way more pro than I expected. Definitely worth it!

Good to have it
I recently purchased the Xtra Muse Vlogging Camera from Xtra Edge, and I’ve been really impressed with its overall performance and build quality. This compact pocket camera truly stands out for its 1-inch CMOS sensor and ability to record 4K videos at 120fps, which results in crisp, vivid, and professional-looking footage. The 3-axis gimbal stabilizer is extremely effective — even while walking or moving, the video remains smooth and stable without that annoying shake you usually get from handheld cameras. The face and object tracking feature works surprisingly well. It automatically locks onto subjects and keeps them in focus, making it perfect for vlogging, travel shots, or casual content creation. The fast focusing is another big plus, saving time and preventing blurry moments. The design is sleek, lightweight, and very portable — I can easily carry it in my pocket or small bag. Battery life is decent for its size, and the touchscreen interface is intuitive and responsive. The image quality is sharp both in bright outdoor scenes and low-light environments. At $499 (currently on sale), it feels like a great investment for creators who want high-end performance in a small package. Overall, the Xtra Muse is a powerful and versatile vlogging camera that delivers premium results and convenience. Highly recommended for travelers, vloggers, and anyone who values top-quality stabilization and clarity in their videos.

Pocket-Sized 4K Smoothness Without the DJI Price
I picked up the Xtra Muse as a more budget-friendly pocket camera, and it honestly performs very similarly to my DJI Pocket 3 in the ways that matter most for everyday vlogging. The video quality is sharp and vibrant, and the 3-axis gimbal stabilization does a great job keeping footage smooth while walking around or filming kids on the move. Autofocus feels quick, and the face and object tracking is reliable. It is small enough for an easy grab-and-go toss in a bag for travel or quick outings. If you want a compact stabilized camera with excellent video quality but don’t want to spend quite as much as the big-name option, this is a solid alternative that gets the job done. Oh, my Pocket 3 accessories work and fit on this too. The only thing is that the DJI mics don't automatically connect, but that is not a dealbreaker for me.

Didn't Know I Needed This
Though I was skeptical to get this being a DJI fan I decided to add this to my toolkit. This works and looks great. The image quality is on par with the DJI Osmo and actually I prefer the image of the Muse a bit more. It is discreet and portable obviously. The menu options are direct ans give you what you need to use the camera. To download the XLog (for those who prefer log footage) you'd need to download it from the XTRA site. The battery life is good and holds up for a lengthy shoot, but would recommend the battery attachment if you dont want to charge it in the middle of a shoot. It connects instantly to the XTRA app (at least on iOS, I ran into issues getting the android version of their app to work). The zoom capability is good, not as deep, but I rarely zoom anyhow, so that wasn't a dealbreaker for me. The gimbal itself functions smoothly and handles well regardless on what setting you have it set to. Audio sounds good even without a mic, but I use the DJI mic mini and the transmitter with it since there is no wireless connectivity. The Active Track function works extremely well and is easy to activate. This feature and performance is well worth the purchase paired with great image quality. Overall, this was a good purchase and has the features and capabilities you need for a pocket-sized camera. It has some weight to it and doesn't feel cheap. The downsides for me is regarding the XTRA app which doesn't have robust options like the DJI app, but it still has camera functions that may be useful, or you can use it as a field monitor to compose your shot. For this price, it's a steal.

Amazing Value
Fantastic alternative to the DJI OsmoPocket3. Same amazing image and video quality, same features, same menu options. Only differences are the UI is slightly changed where options are place in the menus, font is a different color and doesn't currently have the ability to connect to a wireless mic without a dedicated receiver attached via USB-C. Not worried about it not working without a dedicated wireless mic receiver as I already have a BOYA Magic Mic system that works flawlessly with this camera. All accessories for the DJI OSMOPOCKET3 fit and work perfectly. This is an amazing value device.
