Not really sure what it’s supposed to do. I mean if it’s cleaning the eyelids then that’s fine. I don’t see any difference in when I’m just generally washing my face and padding it dry if there’s any difference in this.

this is the second time i bought this item. i do a lot of computer work and my get tired and dry. This product a great job of moisturizing and cleaning my eye lids. i also use the eye drops as well.
