Onion Powder, 20 oz

They mean powder. It is a little cakey. I have never seen a spice or whatever do this. I guess it is just superfine. I do not care, it tastes really good and smells really good, it just comes out of the container very strange. Like cake mix before liquid gets added. I do not know how else to describe it. It is not quite dusty. Very strange. But it is good stuff, definitely improves anything I add it to. I think in future I might see if they have a more granular version of it. I will buy from the same company though, so if they do not have a less powdery version, I will probably buy this again. I do like it a lot.

But this powder blows my expectations away. I fancy myself a very good cook - at least everyone who eats at my table says I am! Heh! And well, I like a lot of onion flavor when I make food that is supposed to taste onion-y. I'd been using store-bought stuff for a long time, but then came upon the idea one day to see if I could find it on Amazon. And I found this! The first time I used it, I used almost too much! Expectations of flavor, again, right? This stuff imparted a TRUE onion flavor to my dish! For an onion-lover like me, it was exquisite! If you like a lot of onion flavor in your dishes, then this might be the perfect choice for you, too!

Love my Onion Powder! Good price vs quantity vs quality. Powdery more than grainy, which is exactly what I wanted. Will buy again, assuming tariffs don't push it out of my budget like they have everything else it seems.

Finally found onion powder. This isn't granulated. Quality spices and value is what you get. Came sealed with no leaks

Pros: Good flavor, economical pricing. Cons: Product is so fine ground that it tends to clump when added to liquids. You might have a harder time stirring it into soups and such.
