Was not a direct fit for my Walker MC
The unit was a bit wider than the original wheel and bearing hub that was walker oem. It was necessary to machine the bushings in each hub by about 1/16 in order for the unit to fit. After doing that the wheel and tire fit and are in use. The company was helpful in trying to resolve the issue
