Electrolux White Front Load Laundry Pair with EFLS527UIW 27" Washer, EFME527UIW 27" Electric Dryer and STACKIT7X Stacking Kit

I was sent a gas dryer instead of the electric bone I was expecting. The problem was handled quickly and with minimal headache. The machines work great with alot of useful features. Definitely a great deal for the price.

I loved the look of the pair stacked. Washed and dried very well.

Not only are these poor quality machines, the execution of the manufactory warranty is wanting. The customer service agents, (plural, given that I've been through the process twice with consecutive malfunctioning machines) are fine. However, they subcontract the service providers who can never come out in a reasonable time considering it's a laundry machine and you need to wash your clothes at some point prior tp the 7 or so days they take. Not to mention on that day there's the standard "between the hours of 8am to 5pm". Further more, should the service company find the machine to be unfixable, there's then a "process" amongst which Electrolux then determines IF they will provide a new machine. More time. More potential to get screwed. Then additional time for delivery and installation should they decide in your favor. (They're very hush about this. I had to pry it out of the customer service agent I questioned about it.) These people care up until the point you've handed over the last of the $1000-plus dollars it cost to own their washer machine. After which point, your an inconvenience to be cast into a circle of accumulative annoyance.
