Great plate, not quite 8” dessert plate
The plates are beautiful, but they are not a full 8 inches. They are about 7.5 inches but bigger than a bread plate. Still beautiful and good quality.

Lead content
I have the whole collection, and I just read an article about a high lead content on these products, can the manufacturer explain? Please!

Not correct size
The quality was fine, but they said they were 8in salad plates, actually size was 7 1/4 in., they look too small to sit on top of a white dinner plate, which is how I wanted to use them. Please state the correct size. I would not have bought them if I knew they were this small
