Full Throttle Citrus Energy Drink, 16 Fl Oz Can

For the price you cant go wrong, taste very much like leading competitors for which if i had to compare i would say it comes close to Nos and if unfamiliar with Nos then the next closet is the Citrus flavored Monster.In terms of how this compares to others in terms of Caffeine well its on par with the likes of Rockstar or leading brands with 160 mg per can (80 per 8 fluid ounces)One thing i do appreciate about this beverage is the lack of the ingredients where one is known to "crash" from which includes long term withdrawal (yes thats a thing)I was a long time red Bull and Nos Daily drinker and let me tell you that i felt like total crap on the days i went without, i now use those brands sparingly and lean more towards beverages like these for the bulk of the "need a lift" consumption.Final thoughts: While i do admit i find i am lean towards a couple other brands in terms of taste, Although Full Throttle do taste good mind you, i find the compromise is well worth it because of the short / long term value as an energy drink habit can get expensive. In other words those other drinks arent tastier enough to warrant paying double or tripple the cost.Worth noting this is a Coca Cola Product.

I love trying out all different kinds of energy drinks. One thing I hate is if thy are too sour ( I HATE sour candy / drinks. ) These are perfect. The flavor is great. Not too sweet and not too sour. I can't comment on the energy that thy give you because I feel like I've built up a tolerance to these kinds of drinks (is that bad???) But they feel about the same as the others.Overall: Great taste, great price.

So hard to find, so delicious

For many many years this is my go-to energy drink. I keep trying other ones, but I always end up coming back to this one. And I can't stand the sugar-free version of this particular drink. But this original version, has the perfect amount of carbonation and burn.

These are becoming harder to find, but Fresh has them for the best price around. Got them two hours after ordering right to doorstep. Only two were dented but they didn't explode when opening. They don't come cold so idk why they need to be sold by Fresh but I got them alright. A way better taste than NOS.

It tastes a bit like Fresca, which was the only soft drink I liked.

While the caffeine buzz was good, the taste was a pretty standard citrus taste. Considering the other options out there (with fewer calories), I don't think I'll be picking-up this one again anytime soon.

Let it be known I don't hold anything against full throttle or any other energy drink maker for that matter. I am 40 years old, and most if not all energy drinks, prework out's etc. do little more than make me need to use the bathroom more than usual. As far as energy and alertness, I look no further than a cup of coffee or espresso. Until we can find another ingredient that will push the limits, these kind of things will forever be gut rot and a waste of money. But like I said, I've exhausted this kind of thing since my mid 20s. So effects may differ for other folks. As always take my words with a grain of salt. But if you want my advice look for teas, coffee, mushroom variety for better effect, and less strain on the pocket/wallet.
