This patch is all the rave in my running group so I had to give it a try. I woke up with severe lower back pain on Tuesday. I had non stop spasms. It feels like a charlie horse in my back causing moments of paralysis. Super painful.I went the ER and was prescribed all kinds of pills. I am not a fan or taking meds, so I have been looking for an alternative. I tried a Lidoderm patch yesterday and it did absolutely nothing for me. Then I tried a Salon Pas patch last night and still no relief. I received the Black Ice Patch this morning and applied it at 8:41am..I felt nothing. I was thinking, "Oh great! I just wasted my money." But after 10-15 minutes, I started to feel something. It has been just a little over an hour and this patch feels SOOO amazing! Pain is being alleviated. I am so happy right now! I will report back later and let you know how long it lasts.I am giving 4 stars for now... But that might change for better or worse .***UPDATE*** from 4stars to 5i wore the patch all day and my back felt so good that i took a little walk that afternoon. The day before I was using a walker because I was in so much pain. Wore it overnight and was able to take a 1 mile walk the following morning and work all day. I logged over 13k steps that day painfree. I applied a new patch on Sunday, wore it all day and even felt better. I swear by this patch and have told everyone about it.PRO TIP*** Wipe down your skin with rubbing alcohol before applying the patch. It removes any oils and residue on your skin. This will allow the patch to adhere much longer. Also after application, rub the entire patch to ensure it is fully adhered to your skin. My patches never came off and I wore one for 48 hours and the other one for 24 hours.

My wife and I JUST had a baby. We also have a VERY active toddler at home. By the time we brought the baby home, the uncomfortable hospital beds and sleepless nights had taken their toll. Our bodies were WRECKED. My wife didn't want to take unnecessary pain medications since she's breastfeeding our baby, so I took to Amazon to find relief. I'm so excited to have found this pain relief patch!I love it when companies get the packaging right and this company certainly does it right (see picture). I was a little worried that the patches might be smaller than what I wanted, but once I opened the outer box, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pouch was not only folded to save space, but it was a RESEALABLE foil pouch! I love it when companies put that much thought into a detail since it usually means they actually care about the customer experience. The corners are rounded so they don't catch on clothes and roll up like some other patches I've tried. See? Details!I put the patch on my neck and left shoulder which was in agony after sleeping on a hospital couch and having to wrangle my toddler. Ahhhh. Sweet, sweet relief!! I was able to run around and take the toddler to the park after days of not being able to turn my head! For the parents out there, you know that life doesn't slow down just because you're in pain or sick. We're thrilled to have found another great product to add to our arsenal of things that help us juggle life.

They are over priced in my opinion. They would fall off right away. I would tape over them and they still came off. They did help with pain a few hours after putting them on though. They also have what looks to be fiberglass that falls off the patch and makes you itch. If you normally use patches these might be great, but as a first timer I was not impressed

They don’t hold their adhesives unless you use your own tape to hold it on your body myself and 2 other family members tried them as well found no relief from the patches I normally don’t write 1 stars for anything these unfortunately (-1) very disappointing

This patch is pretty amazing! I really liked the cooling sensation. Eleveates pain very well and the charcoal seamed to speed up the healing. Swelling went down really fast. My only complaint is that I wish it stuck better. I used an ace bandage to hold it in place.

I'm a pretty active guy so deal with periodic muscle aches from exercising. I've found this to be an incredible solution for a lot of the issues I've had with my lower back and neck. I don't know the exact science of it but it works. Highly highly recommend for people who exercise frequently and have muscle pain.-- UPDATE 9/30/2019 --Had a rough day yesterday and woke up today with restless leg or "tired" leg syndrome. Limping all morning with a consistent ache throughout my leg got tiring so I walked 3 flights down to the car to grab a patch. Put it on and literally SECONDS the aching was decreased. Limp was gone immediately. This stuff really works!! Needs to be in every store soonest!-Josh

My daughter had no idea how she Injured her knee. I Took her to urgent care and they said she had a bruised tendon. She would have to wait a couple of months to run. She was in pain all the time. Finally someone advised me to try this and I bought it. Best advise I received. My daughter used it continuously for about a week and she was back to herself in no time. I highly recommend this product.

Okay first of all they removed my last post! Secondly I bought these for my mom for her knee and they didn’t stick. So they emailed me and said they would send us more and some adhesive. Have yet to receive. Be careful about buying these they dont stick and they didn’t work very good for her knee
