Just be cautious— one of the blades snapped while cutting a tough wire, so definitely heed the advice about wearing safety goggles. Overall, for such an affordable price, they do the job splendidly and are a solid addition to any toolkit.

I bought this to cut the sprues for my model kits and it’s perfect. These are sharp and really close cutting. So much better than any plier type wire cutters that I’ve used before.

I've bought two of these and both of them broke after a couple of months trying to cut small cable ties, they're cheap for a reason. If you only use them a few times a year they'll probably last but I use them about twenty times a day and they're no good, I'll buy some proper knipex ones now.
