Uni Drop Holder Type Pencil Lead, 2.0mm, HB (ULNHB)

I used these leads in my Caran d'ACHE 2MM mechanical to sketch (After taking off the cap at the blunt end of the lead). It sharpens nicely and is strong while under slight pressure. Other leads break easily - but these are quite nice. It writes very smooth on paper and gives a lot of tones depending on how you use it - doesn't feather or smear as much, it's still a HB so it can only get so dark. But it makes an excellent on-the-go pencil lead for my pocket sketch book. I'd recommend giving it a try, it's certainly feels different from the ones you get form your office/art supply stores.

A slightly paler than B leads, but the point retention is slightly longer. Sort of an optimal mix of the leads' darkness and the point retention. I'm using these just for writing (not for drawings or art) and in my case I like to stay in the B to F range, with the B and HB are used most frequently.

The lead arrived in superb condition.

The case was broken and the top was missing. One of the leads was broken and the broken part was also missing. Since the whole case was wrapped in a plastic bag, I can only assume the case was broken and the parts were missing before it was shipped. Since most of the lead was okay, I transferred it to an empty case and called it good.

High quality led for the older style drafting pencils or led holders and the new ones.

This is great smooth writing/drawing lead, one of my favorites. It does seem to be a touch softer than most HB.

The lead is fine, but that’s just unacceptable.

Es un producto a precio accesible, las minas son muy buenas pero en el caso de las HB son mas bien como H, creo que son algo duras sin embargo tienen una buena relación calidad-precio.
