Edited 12/29/19: Handle broke after installation same location as another reviewer. Company hasn't responded to email on either issue. Making review a 1 star instead of 2 since support and contact for support is non-existent. Will adjust rating if replaced or leave rating intact if I have to remove everything off the wall and send back to get parts.We purchased the 20 pack off of Amazon and are trying to install today(after Christmas) on our day off so our daughter can use the wall. The description on Amazon says there are 40 washers and we have 80. The problem with that is we are trying to figure out how if there’s a washer on the front and back of the wood per bolt then how can the weld nut ever be hammered into the wood like the instructions say? If you try and hammer it in it will hit the washer in front of it and never touch the wood(see picture). Either the instructions are wrong or we have too many washers, or the description is correct but were given too many washers.We looked for a support number on Amazon and can find no contact information for Pine View Playgrounds, nothing related in the Q&A section, and no phone number printed on the single page print out included in the bag, only the [email protected] address. When you click on the support hyperlink Amazon says to contact the seller directly but again no information is provided. I went to the Pine View Playgrounds Amazon page and no support information there either. I searched Google for Pine View Playgrounds and don't see a web page for them or any contact number. I have written the email address on the paper in the bag but it only says it's for missing parts, not for support so we'll see if we get a call or email back. If contacted soon and problem is explained I will adjust product rating.

Easy to install, you just need a drill, but it comes with the bit. You can put them four different ways to get some variety. Plus, when snow gets on them they look like cute little trolls.

Great product! Built my kid a climbing wall, and these worked out perfectly. They’re easy to install; kit comes with a bit for the pilot holes, t-nuts that anchor to the wood, and bolts/washers to install the hand-holds. My kid loves to climb on his new play-gym!Attached photo is of the (un-finished, work-in-progress) play-gym with the climbing wall.

Can’t say enough good things, great value and great product. Easy to install, nice heavy duty bolts. My husband and I have both climbed, very secure. Lots of fun for my kids on the playground. I recommend!

The kids are loving our climbing wall we made! We are impressed with the quality and price. We looked around and you can buy 4 holds at Home Depot for $20 dollars what?! That is crazy when we got these and they came with all of the mounting bolts we could not go wrong!

I specifically purchased this product over the other similar ones that are available because the description stated it came with all the necessary tools for the job and it did not disappoint. It made installation much easier without having to worry about having the correct drill bit or hardware. We used this to create a climbing wall for our backyard playground area and it looks great. The grips are a good size four our toddler and we think he’ll have quite a few years of fun with it.

Easy enough to install. Definitely use 1.25” thick stock to mount the holds on, or the bolts will stick out a bit too far from the back.The drill bit that is included with the kit is junk, and the bit that came with the second kit I ordered actually broke.

Great for my 2yr olds new treehouse! They fit his small hands really well & he could manage the wall on his own (with an adult behind for safety) within a week. The colors are pretty, install was easy, it seemed to be made for 1× wood but we used 2x with a little modification, and we ended up w a few extras spacing them 6-12"
