Good results for older triathlete
Taking a zinc supplement was recommended to me by my personal trainer. I'm a guy in my late 40s who's developed a taste for triathlon in recent years, and my PT advised me that this would help aid recovery from training sets, especially as I'm now training 6 days a week.Despite some initial scepticism after a month of trying zinc here's what I've noticed.1. Improved recovery from colds etc. It's that time of year and a sore throat or head cold can take you out for a few days. What I've noticed on a couple of occasions is that although I have felt a sniffle coming on, it's never developed into anything major and usual goes within a day or so. So the immune boost claim seems to be working for me.2. Improved training recovery time. This one is difficult to quantify but generally I'm feeling less sore faster and also I feel general less tired or leggy when hitting sessions closer to my rest day. Typically I would have struggled at this time of the weekly cycle.So overall really pleased and will continue to take these as part of the regime. I like this brand too. The product is sourced well which is important to me. It's also vegan friendly...this isn't important to me but it might be to you! Would definitely recommend this.

Great supplement - I can see the difference!
I’ve been using this every day for the past 3 weeks and here’s what I’ve noticed:- Hair and nails growing a bit faster (have given up trying to keep the side cut short)- Clearer skin (even around that time of the month - girls take note!)- Better focus (honestly I feel like I’m getting through my to do lists quicker)Sadly no differences made to my poor short-sighted eyes, but we can’t expect miracles.Basically what I’m saying is, zinc is an awesome micronutrient in general, you should be taking it, and if you’re not already, this particular zinc supplement is a quality one.And it’s vegan too, if you’re that way inclined. Bonus.

Great value for money!! Gentle on your stomach
I am so pleased I started taking this product!Nice and elegant package, arrived super quick,good value for money, really good for boosting immune system speacially at auntum / winter time.I am breastfeeding and it’s the amount of zinc allowed and needed ! Small tabs, easy to swallow no strong flavour.Feel very energized and hair and nails stronger ! I have tried the Retinol serum from this brand before, totally recomend it too.truevit nail it with nice packaging, vegan and gluten free products.180 tabs great for almost 6 months !!! Super cheap!!! It’s not strong to the stomach at all! In the past I used to suffer from stomachache every time I try vitamins, I am so pleased and happy with this brand ! I absolutely recommend it !

Off to a bad start...
One of the reasons I purchased this product aside from it being vegan, was because the picture lead me to believe the packaging was glass. I never buy suppliments or anything meant to better my health if it comes in plastic. I would suggest changing the picture as it's very misleading. Probably won't buy again if this isn't changed.

Speedy growth
I have really enjoyed using these zinc tablets. Over the past 4 weeks I have noticed how my general health is better and touch wood I have avoided catching any colds this autumn. My nails have also grown very quickly also since I have been taking them. The fact that these are vegan friendly as well is another huge plus. They are a small tablet so very easy to swallow too.

Overall happy!
So me and my partner have been taking zinc for a couple of weeks now! And I have noticed I have slept a lot better and my skin feels so much better too!

No bad taste, seems to have increased immunity
The pills are small and easy to swallow, which is good since sometimes I can struggle with tablets. They taste fine unlike some zinc tablets I've taken before! I take magnesium and iron as well as these zinc tablets, but combined I am feeling more energetic and seem to have caught less bugs, so I think the Zinc is working well.
