You can put load upto 1000w means 50 tube lights of 20w

Can i use it oudoors? does it have an ip rating?

It's supposed to be fixed outside. Its ingress protected . I've been using it outside for last few years.

to change the light sensitivity. Normally it switches on about 3 to 4 minutes after sunset. If you want it to switch on when its totally dark then you use the knob to adjust the setting

Is it waterproof or not?

If this product is set at the correct angle the water will not enter but if it is submerged in water with the intention of penetrating the water will enter
