This is an easy to follow book on teas and growing teas. I took it to the greenhouse when I went tea shopping.Grrat explanation on how and where to grow the herbs ..I highly recommend it.

This is a great basic primer to understanding herbal teas.

I am a tea fanatic so when I say this book is pretty good I really really loved it. As much as I love tea, I never thought about growing my own teas, and herbs. This book has a ton of info and different recipes to mix the various teas. I like that it gave a little history of tea but I would have liked a little more. I love the different breakdowns and section esepcually the recipes that was my favorite. This book would be more for great beginners looking to start there own tea garden so overall I give it a 4 out of 5.

So I bought this as I was expanding my herb garden and wanted some ideas of things to grow and use for tea. My daughter is seven. She picked this up and can now identify every herb in our yard (there are a lot). She picks them and makes tea. We have dried all of them to use over winter. It has been a joy to see her so excited about plants and their uses. This book has really stirred her passion.
