Binatone Spirit 200 Corded Landline Phone (Black)

The said product is used as the phone in my residential Land Line. But the telephone Binatone is not displaying caller's ID in full. Viz:- If I call my land line number the display shows 2 or 3 digits only. Not the complete 10 digits of a mobile number. Since I bought this on Nov. 7, 2018 and having one year warranty it is requested to replace this telephone with a similar model which satisfies the nomenclature of Binatone spirit 200 phone. - Dr.N.Sankar

I had purchased it because I wanted a wall mountable phone. However, on receipt I found that it is not at all suitable for wall mounting, although in the details mentioned on your site, it was claimed that it is wall mountable. As such I was constrained to return it. But I must appreciate Amazon.in for prompt action in picking up the phone from my residence and refunding the full amount paid by me.

Amazon delivered the product sooner that expected. Hats off to that. The product however has deficiencies. There are lot of downsides.Pros:1)The Phone looks pretty and neat.2) Its very simple yet not ugly.3) Has a caller ID display with date and time.Cons:1) The Speaker (from which you listen) has extremely low volume even when you set it at "Hi" , you just barely hear the other person.2) there is no Mute button (which is a basic thing to have)3) there is no "speaker phone" or handsfree mode (which is again a very basic requirement)4) the build quality is very cheap.5) no volume button (you just have a hi-low switch which makes no difference)Overall : not value for money. I feel cheated. I am not sure if Amazon can help me get a refund.

See the product seal broken in 1st picture and also see the serial number shown in card and product differ if it is old one in new price like OLX I don't want to return because of my self respect and don't fool us as a customer

The Telephone Works Great. Its simple and easy to use. I have been using it from last 2 months and it's still working great. One feature that is missing is, it doesn't has a loudspeaker mode.

Good phone for this price....But guys don't buy the land phone without speaker. Speaker is not available in this phone, really hard to hold long conversation with friend or family....So please guys Binaton is good but don't buy this, buy Binatone or other phone with speaker and mall display....
