Label.M Therapy Age Defying Shampoo, 6.8 Ounce

An elderly lady was sold a bottle of this in a salon and says that it's the only kind of shampoo that works well for her short, silver hair. I order it regularly for her.

Curiously does not seem as good as what I purchased in a salon. The product seems watered down and I'm not getting the volume in my hair the way I remember. The pump broke immediately. I released the spring multiple times but it breaks within one pumping action. Given up on that - just unscrew the top. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Will probably order again to see if this one was an anomaly. I like this brand better than my salon's selection of Redken and Purology.

delivery was prompt but i have a feeling that the shampoo's consistency isn't right. it seems as if it is mixed with water.

It does not live up to what it says it will do. Made my hair have knots in it.

My niece is a stylist and gave me this shampoo. She did not want to hurt my feelings because the name is "Age-Defying" but I told her I understood what she was trying to recommend. As I am now in my early 60's the texture of my hair has become more coarse. This shampoo and conditioner truly does what it advertises. My "grey-lites" now have a beautiful texture and softness. Since she lives very far from me, I am happy Amazon offers it.

I like label m products for hair this one is good too my hair feels clean and soft after. The price is a bit expensive but you don't need much each time .

After use, my hair is healthy and glossy. I get this from most decent (cheaper) shampoos however, so was expecting a little more from a label.m product. Sadly not wowed with this one as much as I'd hoped.

The product I received seems inferior to the Label M shampoo I originally bought from Toni & Guy. I feel like the product in the container had been interfered with
