Looked and feel just like what we had, so it should be durable enough to last another 20 year,. You had to put the labels in each individually yourself, but for about 30% cheaper than what other's are selling - which looked to be the same exact item, I didn't mind spending 10 min. in front of the TV to accomplish it.

I put "decent" because they serve the purpose well and are pretty well made. The inserts are thick enough and the tops of them where you put the letters are metal so they don't wear any. I like that you can write in your own labels because we use the A-Z format, but we divide our M patients with Mc and M, and then we use one card for X,Y,Z. If you buy the inserts that already have the letters printed on them, you can't really change it. If you want it to look more professional, I would go with the printed ones. I can see that they will last a while without getting worn.

This fits perfectly in the master card-matic tray! All alphabets are neat! This will allow for great organization of our customers charges at our marina!
