Sigmasport BC 8.12 wired cycling computer black

I like it it works and it’s easier to use than the ones that go high on your arm when you’re doing it yourself.

This item was not new but I thought I was purchasing new Couldn’t get nothing to set Lights were on but wouldn’t respond to nothing

I bought this one hoping it would be a good product after my cheap chinese bike computer broke up in a bike fall. I regret this purchase. Despite all its fantastic videos showing how to calibrate the device, it is extremely unfriendly to calibrate. Finally, after trying for more than one hour (and I usually don't have problems with these kind of devices) I gave up, leaving it with the original settings, and trying to figure out my speed by substracting a 20-25% of the indicated speed (I can do that because I run in a seaside avenue with distance posts every 500 m. My advice: any other device is better than this.

DIe Installation ist sehr einfach. Das Kabel ist lang genug, Bei meinem Rad ist der Abstand zwischen Gabel und Speiche sehr groß, der Sender empfängt dennoch alles und die Übertragung ist super. Da es mein erster Sigma ist war die Einrichtung zu erst etwas fummelig mit dem SET Knopf. Aber das findet man schnell raus. Die Anzeige ist klar und deutlich lesbar. Warum im Ruhemodus BC 8.12 angezeigt wird ist mir auch ein Rätsel. Meines Erachtens könnte das Display dann ruhig komplett ausgeschaltet werden um Batterie zu sparen. Aber für den Preis zeigt mir das Tacho alle wichtigen Daten an. Ges. Strecke, Zeit, Geschw., Uhrzeit mehr brauche ich nicht. Wozu Spritkostenersparnis anzeigen lassen? Wenn ich mit Rad unterwegs bin, weis ich dass ich mir Buskosten spare, oder eben nicht tanken muss ;-) Also im Großen und Ganzen zeigt die Marke Sigma hier super Komponenten die nicht aus Billigmaterial bestehen und ich denke ich werde an dem BC8.12 lange Freude haben. Super Teil und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Non volendo più chiedere agli amici di scampagnata "A quanto andiamo?" "Quanta strada abbiamo già fatto?", mi sono deciso a comprare un ciclocomputer al quale avevo rinunciato perché la maggior parte di quelli che incrociavamo montavano modelli super-tech da 100 e più euri!!! Invece ho scoperto che, per le mie necessità, ne bastava uno economico e tra i molti ho scelto il Sigma 8.12 a filo (onestamente 20€ per un dispositivo wireless mi sembravano troppo pochi per fidarmi... ma forse ho sbagliato). Orbene, il montaggio è stato facilissimo, anche sulla grossa forcella ammortizzata della mia CarVer e, dopo un primo collaudo, ho fissato ogni pezzo con fascette (non incluse). Anche il settaggio di lingua, ora ecc. è ben spiegato dal manualetto (la cui lettura richiede però una buona vista). Per riavviarlo e resettare i dati ad ogni uscita basta premere il grosso tasto anteriore. Per impostare la misura della ruota ho optato per il "metodo reale": pompate le gomme a 5atm, sono salito in sella e ho fatto fare un giro completo alla ruota prendendo a riferimento il punto a terra esattamente perpendicolare alla valvola (misurazione ripetuta 3 volte prendendo per buona la media). In conclusione un oggettino simpatico e funzionale di cui consiglio l'acquisto

Tengo este cuentaquilómetros y también el modelo 16.12 de la misma marca. Este tiene menos funciones (se echa de menos la pantalla retroiluminada y el indicador de la temperatura), pero su uso es mucho más sencillo. Solamente tiene un botón, que utilizaremos para mostrar una información u otra (distancia, tiempo parcial, tiempo total, velocidad media, etc.), y manteniéndolo pulsado pondremos a 0 el contador (ya sea el cronómetro o la distancia). La instalación es sencilla; incluye unas gomas elásticas para fijar el soporte y el sensor al manillar y horquilla respectivamente, aunque yo aconsejaría utilizar bridas. Si no queréis complicaros la vida mientras vais en bici, este es un bueno modelo de cuentakilómetros, y más considerando el precio. Si no obstante necesitáis algunas funciones adicionales, como monitorización de la cadencia, pantalla retroiluminada, cuenta atrás o temperatura, podéis optar por un modelo superior a costa de una mayor complejidad en su utilización.

Je suis ravie de mon achat. A la base je recherchais un petit compteur facile à installer et pratique. j'hésitai avec un sans fil mais c'est peu fiable et mon vélo demande un long câble. Celui ci fait au moins 85 cm donc parfait pour mon vélo pliant . Il est tout simplement génial. J'ai eu beaucoup de facilité à l'installer sur mon vélo électrique pliant roue 20 pouces. J'ai pu retrouvé dans le tableau du mode d'emploi la dimension de mes pneus . Par contre j'ai juste eu un peu de mal à fixer l'émetteur sur le rayon car mes rayons sont pas trop fins mais j'y suis arrivée. Tout est nikel. Les élastiques tiennent très bien. J'ai tout de même acheté des attaches de câbles nylon pour renforcer la protection contre le vol. Le compteur peut se retirer très facilement pour être mis dans la poche quand on n'utilise pas son vélo . il vous indique la vitesse moyenne, la vitesse maxi, l'heure, la distance totale, le temps total, la distance parcouru, le temps parcouru. Il est étanche à la pluie. la pile est super facile à remplacer. Par contre ne vous étonnez pas s'il ne s'éteint pas, c'est normal car il se met seulement en veille au bout d'un moment d'inactivité en indiquant l'heure. En tout cas très bon achat. Je le recommande

Now having two bikes, I've just purchased and installed my second of these cycle computers, which is recommendation in itself. Over the last 25 years or so I've had other cycle computers but this is easily the best. The design is very good and has clearly been thought through.The only downside was that it was more expensive the second time! Setting up the computer is slightly fiddly but if you're going to bother recording speed and distance, etc. then you want to get it right. Instructions are provided. Affixing the computer and the sensor/ magnet are both relatively quick and easy. What's more, once done correctly, everything stays firmly in place. The numbers are easy to read and although there is no scan function it is quick and simple to change function. Also, the computer is completely waterproof as I can confirm having left it out in prolonged heavy rain. No sign of water ingress whatsoever. Highly recommended.
