Good item and great follow up

The original box is smashed, inside the box the foam content is also broken. Moreover, it is mentioned it uses 220 volts while in the manual it works only with 120 volts? Mostly if no answer from seller I will return it back.

110 volts Not mentioned don't know why.

I'm very impressed with this unit. It's easy to put together out of the box. The only parts that need to be installed are those that will need to be removed for filling, emptying or cleaning after use, so by putting it together, you're learning how to use the machine. There's no mixing of solution and water. A separate container holds the cleaner. A small bottle is included and after cleaning two area rugs there is still enough left to do the same rugs again. The machine is very easy to use. You simply put the cleaner in the small container and water in the large bottom container, plug it in and turn it on. While pushing slowly ahead, water and solution goes into the rug. Pulling back sucks up the water while the rubber-like beater brushes knock dirt from the rug fibres. It's shocking to see the dirty water coming into the tank. When finished with washing, a push of the button puts the machine into the dry cycle. No water is used while the machine sucks up as much moisture as possible, leaving the rug damp. It dries quickly after that. When finished, the water tank and collection tank are emptied and rinsed clean and the beater brushes are removed and cleaned. It's a must to put the unit away clean and ready for the next use. I love my new machine and deciding to purchase it was easy. I had rented one of the steam cleaners available in some stores and found it to be very heavy and awkward and did a poor job but was expensive at half the price of purchasing my new Bissel. I knew that using the Bissel twice would be the price of a rental. Any use after that is free. Can you tell I'm VERY happy with my Bissel?? I recommend it.

BRILLIANT! My husband uses it as he enjoys using something new, hope he doesn't tire of it as I enjoy not having to do it. He says its the best carpet cleaner he has ever tried and so easy to use. The rooms smell so clean and fresh after he does them with this cleaner so I love it too. we have had carpets cleaned professionally and it takes a couple of days to dry and smells awful. The Hoover smart wash leaves the carpet clean and nearly dry, IT ALSO GETS ALL THE CATS HAIR UP. when you go forward it washes the carpet and when you pull back it dries. when finished you can put it on the dry cycle and dry it even more. I bought this in November 2022, and this carpet cleaning machine is a life changing product!!! It was easy to assemble, and the results are beyond what I expected! We used to get our carpets cleaned professionally twice a year because of our cats, my husband walking through the house with muddy, greasy work boots, and my daughter spilling drinks. I was always FREAKING OUT!! This machine has literally restored my quality of life. I’m not kidding. The pictures above occurred within hours of family visiting. I cannot even imagine what could have happened in that room, but no worries or me FREAKING OUT! Within minutes, our carpets look brand new. I have used this for our doormats, area rugs, and the attachments work great on furniture, car carpets, and tight areas. The Hoover Cleaning Solution smells great, similar to a resort. A 64 oz bottle will last a while. This machine is very simple to clean just dump the dirty water out and rinse. The brushes slide out easily for rinsing as well. I would recommend the silicone, storage mat if you have hard wood floors. The machine does not leak, but after use there is water that will still drip from the brushes. It’s like going to the car wash. You can’t expect the bristles to be dry. Water needs to express somewhere. Otherwise, place the machine outside until completely dried. A MUST HAVE MACHINE!!

Una muy buena máquina para lavar alfombras, Hoover es garantía, muy bien empacada, ya la usamos para lavar una sala y quedo muy bien, fácil de armar, buena potencia, use el shampo que viene en la caja y considero que para que quede bien la lavada hay que utilizarlo, no sabía que viene concentrado por lo que hay que diluirlo con un poco de agua, se me acabo rápido y le puse jabón de trastes, vinagra y un poco de bicarbonato pero no limpio del todo bien, así es que invertí un poco más y pedí el Galón de shampo del mismo que viene con la máquina, Recomendable.
