11 years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a bilateral mastectomy. I should never have had cancer!! I am a healthy eater, nursed 4 children, exercise daily, didn't have a strong family history of cancer, and do not smoke. Imagine my surprise when my breast surgeon told me that only 10% of breast cancer is hereditary and 90% is environmental. I erroneously thought environmental meant chemicals we are exposed to in the air, never considering the foods or health products we consume and use on a daily basis. Thankfully my children read and educate themselves about the benefits of natural and organic ones Several years ago, my daughters advised me to switch my deodorant to one that did not contain aluminum as research was showing it's harmful effects. (All of the leading brands contain it.) I finally purchased Tom's of Maine Natural Antiperspirant and Deodorant in lavender. It smelled so good in the package, but turned to a really sour BO smell on me within hours and I was sweating profusely. (I am generally not a sweater.) I used it for 2 weeks with the same results and then stopped. I tried it again weeks later with the same results, but ended up filing it in the trashcan. I tried other brands but never was able to find one that worked consistently. About 2 months ago, my oldest son introduced me to Bali Secrets. He and his wife have made the switch over to natural and organic products and have been introducing me to them. I never realized before how many harmful chemicals are in the products we use and foods we consume on a daily basis.I was shocked! I am totally hooked on Bali Secrets Natural Deodorant!! My son told me that I may experience some BO as my body sweated out the chemicals in my system. I never had that happen although my pits had a very strong flowery scent to them for about 7 days. The amazing thing is that I have not been sweating at all since I started using Bali Secrets! My one hesitation in buying Bali was that it was not listed as an antiperspirant. I had previously never been able to find a deodorant that totally eliminated any BO smell or sweating for an entire day until I found Bali Secrets. I apply it once in the morning after my shower and have the cleanest, freshest scent to my body all day long. I am learning much about the healthy benefits of plants, minerals, and essential oils and am making the switch over to foods and products that will keep me healthy the rest of my life. Sad that it has taken this long for me to become more aware. It was too easy to get cancer before and my goal is to prevent it from occurring again by consuming and using products that are helpful and not harmful to the human body. I am so grateful to Bali Secrets for creating a product that not only works but that is beneficial to me in more ways than one. An added bonus is the price and longevity of the product. My former deodorants only lasted about 4 weeks. While Bali Secrets may cost more up front, the true savings comes from how long it lasts. They mean it when they say "a little goes a long way". My son said that his container lasted about 6 months. That's a big savings!! Healthy doesn't always cost more. Thank you from a loyal customer!! This is by far the BEST, hands down, natural deodorant available!! 5-stars for sure. No question. I love the original, aloe and rose scents. I have tried so many other brands and this is the one that works for me. I appreciate that it is a smooth roller ball instead of a stick that rubs off on clothes and sticks to your pits. You do need to shake it a little before use, but that doesn’t bother me. It’s natural, so not a big deal. This one does the job, smells amazing, and naturally wears off and washes off easily. I have never had a problem with it staining my clothes as the more coconut oil based natural deodorants do. I tell anyone who is looking for a natural deodorant to get this one. Highly recommend!! Also, the team That makes this is so awesome. It’s a small company and they really care about what they do. Their emails are endearing and they are on a mission to provide the best natural deodorant they can. Keep up the great work, Martin and team!!

UPDATE: This is my second bottle that has dried up not even half way through. Updating my review to 1 star. The deodorant does work, and it smells good (I loved the rose one), but for $14, the deodorant should not be drying up less than half way through a bottle. It's sad, because I like the roller ball more than natural stick deodorants I've tried (they tend to be REALLY dry) but I really cannot justify this product! Nothing worse than taking a shower, getting out, and then having your deodorant all dried up so nothing comes out. First bottle, I was like meh okay, maybe I was sent a bad bottle. So I bought a second, and everything was great again--until it started drying up again. Then I started looking at reviews again, and I noticed a LOT of people are having the same issue. Plus, when it dries up, it gets VERY grainy and gets crystals everywhere. If they fixed this issue, I would go back to using this deodorant. I really did like the formula and how it worked and how light the scents are, but I'm not even getting half of the use out of a bottle. I would not recommend this product unless they fixed this. This is THE deodorant to use! I have struggled with finding a deodorant that actually works for a while now. I would start off fresh, but I would not stay that way. Sometimes, it wouldn't even last an hour! I tried every kind of antiperspirant available! I would spend my time in the deodorant aisle looking for the one that had the highest amount of antiperspirant. It was really frustrating to smell my BO after using such "high strength" products. One day at work, we got into talking about deodorant, and when I mentioned that I haven't found any I like and that none of them work, one of my coworkers asked if I used antiperspirant or plain deodorant. Of course I used antiperspirant! I was sweaty. He said that for many people, antiperspirant actually made it all worse. I didn't believe him at first, but decided to give it a try. I came across Bali Secrets after looking for a deodorant only natural product. I looked at some of the popular ones on Amazon, but noticed a lot of people reporting that they were getting burns from the products. I did not want that to happen to me. So, when I stumbled upon Bali Secrets, and saw that people were singing it's praise, I knew I had to get it, even if it was $14. I feel like it will last a long time since it is a roll on and a little goes a long way. I can put this on in the morning and I can still smell it after work. It's incredible, I've never experienced it before. I will say, however, I am not the biggest fan of the Original Essence. It is not bad by any means, but, to be honest, it kind of smells like what you would expect an old lady to wear. Not a huge deal, I will just get a different scent next time I buy. It works, and it's not overpowering, so I don't really care that I am not in love with the scent.

I’ve been using it for a month now and it was working perfectly, but for some reason nowadays it doesn’t work at all and only lasts for maximum 5 hours and then it leave a very awful stench to the point that I don’t want to use it anymore.

I don't normally write reviews - but this deodorant really works and believe me I have tried loads - I love that it'd natural as well - pure bonus - will definitely purchaser this again and supplier was great to - arrived swiftly - thank you

I've been searching for a natural deodorant that works for years! I think I tried all of them. I kept getting disappointed because they either didn't work or gave me a rash. Most natural deodorant are based on baking soda and oil (YUK!) they make your armpits dark and irritated. NOT THIS ONE! It lasts me all day long, smells great and doesn't stain my clothes with oily mess. I am not sure how they pulled it off, but this deodorant is a real miracle! So happy I've found it! I'll be ordering some more for my sister and cousin.

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einem verlässlichen Deo auf natürlicher Basis und ohne schädliche Inhaltsstoffe und bin froh das von Bali Secrets gefunden zu haben! Ich mag den unaufdringlichen Geruch und die lange Wirksamkeit dieses Deos. Beim Gebrauch ist mir aufgefallen, dass sich Duft und Konsistenz des Deos ein bisschen verändern, je länger das Fläschchen geöffnet ist. Es wird zähflüssiger und duftet herber, was mich aber absolut nicht stört! Insgesamt ist es für mich ist es ein tolles Produkt, das ich gerne an meine Freunde weiterempfehle!
