I have never used test strips for myself and was a little intimidated as to how I was meant to use them to get accurate results. Thankfully, the kit includes detailed instructions and general information for using the strips and reading the results in real time. The amount of strips included gives you a generous amount of chances to use these to test for varying levels of vitamins, minerals, acidity levels, and so on in your urine. The colors change according to your sample, some taking as little as 30 seconds to be ready to read. The chart on the side of the bottle lets you accurately compare the colors on your test strips to the varying outcomes printed on the label. I bought these to help me get a better understanding of my body's state as I am currently following a keto diet and want to see if my body has entered ketosis or not. These strips make it very easy to know how far along I am into the process and will be great to have even after the det to keep track of PH imbalances, or salinity to keep my body in check.

These test strips give consistent false positive readings. I have gone to the dr thinking I had a UTI only to have the Dr office results come back negative.

Does exactly what it says. Easy t o read instructions (someone said type was too small but it was totally fine). I had previously bought the more expensive ones that require an app but they equate to $6 per test strip vs this one at 22 cents per test. No comparison. I take a picture of my strip and upload the photo to ChatGPT for the reading. Not only does Chat read it, but also created a table to track progress. Don't spend $6 per test!

It does appear the strips work effectively. One thing to note, if you consume a large amount of Vit C to the point the Ascorbic Acid strip turns nearly yellow, then expect the salinity view to darken making results more difficult to read. I performed a test using a concentration of 300mg/dL Sodium, 100mg/dL Sodium in pure water and got expected results. When I added Vitamin C to the 100mg/dL solution (4.5mmol/L added ascorbic Acid) the salinity result darkend. I brought the solution back up to 200mg/dL Sodium with 4.5 mmol/L. The pads looked similar to the 200 reading on the bottle. Telling me that levels around 100mg/dL or lower of sodium may be difficult to interpret in the presence of high vitamin C intake.

These test strips are highly accurate and easy to use, providing quick results for ketone levels or early signs of a UTI. The color chart on the bottle is clear and detailed, eliminating guesswork. They have been reliable for me every time. Also useful for those on a ketogenic diet. They don’t replace a doctor’s diagnosis, but offer valuable insight into when medical attention may be needed. I’ll definitely repurchase!

These tests strips are very accurate. I tested by getting dehydrated and not dehydrated and the color of urine and all came out positive.

No issue with the product itself, but information is extremely limited, not in any order! Two stars off, because now the product is worthless to me with no medical knowledge to intrepid! Print like #8 font or smaller. Little information diverts from the test name, to other related name or id ?
