Product quality
Product as described and strong product, appropriate for elderly people

Worth buying despite its regular rusting
It's a saviour for me with durability issue. The word dura is a fraud. But it's a nice product. I have 4 of them in last 6 years bcs the wheels adjuster gets rusted and breaks after consistent use in water. The thing is there is no alternative of this thing. the quality and stability it offers, I'd purchase it every year bcz apart from rusting its undeniably the best. It offers stability, safety and ease of access.

Superb quality...N easy to get up by holding the lower bar..well designed..my mom n dad both are using

It's not fit for patients
The castors are very small & weak, they're making squeaky sounds from the very first steps. As a consequence the patient has to use excessive force to walk with this Walker. I wish you would take it back, but with no return policy we are stuck with it. Such a waste of money

Good Product, need good delivery and packing
The delivery person didn't wait and kept the package in front of the door and went. The package came only with a transparent plastic cover and it had a hole from where one rubber shoe dropped somewhere. I received the walker with one rubber shoe. I had emergency otherwise I would return. Shoe is managed from local shop. Anyways, product is excellent, very sturdy and light weight. My mother feels happy using this. I would like to draw attention regarding the delivery and packaging of such an expensive material.
