I have been buying this organic brown rice because I try to choose more nutritious foods for my daily diet. Unlike white rice, brown rice keeps its natural fiber and nutrients like iron, potassium, and some protein. One of the main reasons I prefer it is because the fiber helps slow down absorption, which can help prevent glucose from rising as quickly compared to white rice. Great quality brown rice. No burnt chaff and very few broken pieces. The flavor is fantastic as well and I would call this a good budget friendly option for a decent organic brown rice.

I like this rice and use it often. It's not always easy to find organic brown rice, but the health aspects make it well worth the search. I'll buy it again often!
