Loved it so much, I have already bought 2!
This second one came with a little rip at the back (about 2 inches) but I really needed it, and did not want to wait for a return. I go through one a year...but as you can see by the multiple and BIG dogs...it gets abused! It is the only washable chaise that lays flat that I can find. Not the best comfort, but good for a nap! I keep it in my office, for me, and often my dog uses it as a dog bed....which is why I needed washable! My first one was grey. This one I chose white. The grey looks like a nicer chaise, but this will do! Bad lighting on the white one...but both are nice and loved!

Main structure broke after 6 months
Great design, however the main support broke right where all the weight is deposited. I bought on December 2020 and it broke 6 months later. Note: when the support broke I was just seated without doing anything more then the expected.

Ripped, Dirty and Missing Screw
I ordered two, both ripped, missing a screw, holes too big for the screws. Not pure white, off white.

So easy to assemble. Looks amazing in the living room. It doesn't look cheap at all.

Meets expectation, but missing parts.
It is smaller (narrower) than my older futon (which is a nice thing) yet still can be used as back up guest bed.The vinyl looks and feels good, Feels like it would last a long time.The main unit has a zippered pocket and the bottom, which holds the legs (and the screws that I did not receive)There is a very simple instruction, but the process is so simple you don't really need the instructions.My package is missing 6 screws for the two front legs. I have e-mail (the address on the instruction) and waiting to see how there support is. If they take care of the problem, I will update the rating. For now, 3 stars because it cannot be used.

Not perfect when it arrived.
This arrived with a green stain on most of it. I had to use a strong paint remover to get it off. I was ready to return it, but it cleaned up completely.
