As long as you understand that this drill comes with nothing else (no manufacturer's box, no battery, no operator's manual), then you are set. The product was shipped in a cardboard box wrapped in plastic. The manual on how to use this item can be found on Milwaukee's website. Product's catalog number is 2606-20. Just type that number in to the appropriate area and it will give you any information you need on this item. Would have liked for the item to have been boxed a little better, but it's not a game changer.

Very good product almost brand new

Burning smell from inside when operating and weird noise made me believe it was a refurbished one, not "new" as described. I'm using this brand for 20+ years and I had at least a dozen cordless drills so far, all purchased in "new" condition, so my judgement is based on my previous experience. Milwaukee Tool Company sells all their tools with a booklet named :Operator's Manual". If you received a tool in a shipping plastic bag without the "Operator Manual" then most likely you have a refurbished tool. It is ok to sell refurbished tools. It is not ok to sell them as being in "new" condition.
