This has been great for my blepharitis. It burns for about 20 seconds, but you get used to it. It’s now an essential part of my eye care routine.

My eye doctor said to try this due to other patients recommendations however, it really burns badly and my eyes were swollen shut after a week of use. I heard that it burned and I wanted to give it a chance to help with my severe dry eyes. I went back to the doctor to show him the results and obviously I quit using them. Company does NOT give a refund. Do not buy!

Product works well for my dry eye. My eye waters really badly sometimes & this gel stops the watering. It does sting really bad for a good 30 seconds. Only complaint is that I ordered the 2 pack & paid almost $45 for it & they only sent 1 tube. Amazon did take care of it easily tho.

tried it a couple of nights - burns which was expected but it didn't seem to help so didn't continue, no idea if using it for weeks would have helped, with how badly it burned, hard to convince myself it would ultimately help

Only been using a month and the gel is dried up and won't come out, these were a waste of money

Before finding this, I had chronic eye infections, blepharitis, painful, dry eyes. This is really calms down inflammation on my lower lids, but I have to warn you. It really burns when you put it on. It’s worth the few seconds of burning because the results are so good.
