Fast and efficient
Very good. It is better than my office printer. Its responce is quick after giving the print command. Till now taken 200 pages print still cartridge is working well. Very good for personal use. It can print only black and white. Connectivity is through cable only.

Most cost effective laser printer
I gifted this to my uncle and he really loved it. Even at lowest 300dpi setting the clarity is amazing let alone 1200dpi where things get as good as they can. Difference is hardly discernible. Wanted one printer that would have v less running cost and this is hence truly a big bang for the buck. Great Product...Cheers

nothing to comment - its japanese product - it delivers as advertized
excellent product - word of advise for any1 purchasing it - to get the best quality prints - select resolution 1200 dpi in the printer properties - else the default one is average quality

Reliable low cost printer
Cost per page is low, print quality is good, I got 2,40,000 prints out of it.Consumables are cost effective

it is a good printer. I have another brother printer which has more features like auto feeder, internet connectivity, etc, from that perspective I expected more as the price is similar to what I bought that one for an year ago.. but overall it works well

Faulty product delivered
Crap product delivered by the vendor. Comapny is guaranting 2600 pages per cartridge, but in reality it does not last for even 500 pages. I had bought the product 3 months ago, since then I had to change cartridge 3 times, and have printed only around 1500-2000 pages only. Lodged the call with the company 3 times, but no one visited to check the printer. Bad service from brother, bad quality products are being supplied by the vendor..
