Love this Top wing toy
I like the fact that the Penny figure comes in and out of vehicle. Its very sturdy, and provides hours of fun for little ones.

Can’t beat the price!
Tops wings are so much less expensive than Octonauts and paw patrol and the quality seems the same. My almost 3 yr old struggles with the fact that penny doesn’t stay in her vehicle. The other characters stay in better especially swift. Since the toy was so inexpensive I felt fine rigging it up with a rubber band to keep her more secure. Worked like a charm, whining over! 🙌🏻
