I like the Devkit for home automation purposes. It is relatively easy to program via (in my case) Arduino and fun to deploy. Bluetooth and wifi support makes it a true IoT device with constant communication capability. In my case, I was using it to monitor humidity and temperature in our basement for a few weeks to get an idea about any fluctuations. It was easy enough that I will likely use it for other purposes as well very soon. The attractive price for two pieces, as well as ease of use sold me on this one!

Works great. I use these for wled and it works flawlessly. It was a easy setup without any issues. I'm not that technically inclined so this was a win for me. You can find lots of tutorials on YouTube.

Will i ever rate one of these 5 star, probably not, this one either isnt in arduino ide so your guessing, some more pins would be nice stops at 39

I used this board for some home-automation projects. The interface is user friendly and connectivity is very reliable. Quality of the boards also feel robust and the connectors provided in the case fits properly onto the board. Glad to get 2 of them for such a low price!

Connected easily and was simple to program. It also has a cool RGB light built into it. The boards stay very cool and don't heat up easily. The build kit makes soldering very customizable and allows users to build a custom setup. Very functional Bluetooth, wifi, and cable connection.

This was a pretty good computer chip easy to use. I just wish the pins were preconnected. I don't like the solder 20 different pins on a computer board.

These DevKitC-32E boards are rock solid for smart home and IoT builds. Dual-core 240MHz performance with stable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. USB-C is a nice upgrade for modern workflows. Works flawlessly with Arduino and MicroPython. Great value for prototyping or permanent installs.

Caused popping noise on I2S audio. Other ESP32 did not do this.

I bought this because it was the only ESP32 I could find that didn't have pre-soldered headers. But it turns out this is a little better than another brand I've used a lot. A nice little bonus is the RGB LED on the board which works out of the box with WLED. It was great that they came in a re-usable plastic box, which also included the board electrical schematics, instead of other brands where you have to go to a website and are fed big colourful images instead of the real info. Very happy.
